Job Description

The Project Manager will

  • Construct a migration plan for the restructuring of this business
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure its execution
  • Migration in the areas of tax, legal, company secretarial, regulatory, HR, reporting etc
  • Identify issues that may arise and take remedial action where necessary
Candidate will only be considered for his role if they have:
  • Solid project management experience in group restructuring
  • At least three years China exposure
  • Strong manufacturing, industrial or trading background
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
It will be helpful if candidates have tax and legal knowledge and have used Oracle although these are not vital.
