Job Description
The Senior Treasury Manager will:
- Help manage a Treasury Assistant
- Managing daily funding
- Liaise with Group Finance in the cash reporting process
- Monitoring gearing and other financial covenants
- Liaising with buying team to maximise margins through fx, commodity and economic analysis
- Management of banking relationships
- Monitoring and managing overseas cash
- FX hedging in line with group policy
- Forecasting hedging activity and performance
- FX Dealing
Candidates will be considered for this role who:
- Have real estate experience ideally within a multinational commercial organisation
- Are professional and accurate with an eye for detail
- Are able to manage internal and external relationships whilst looking at the big picture
- Have a background in Finance and Treasury with qualifications.
- Speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin
It is preferred that candidates have multinational experience but willl be considered if they have worked for smaller real estate companies or REITs.
