Job Description
Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a fast growing and dynamic organisation that is preparing to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be playing a leading role with assistance from the Financial Controller:
- Leading the Group during the IPO process and subsequent M&A projects
- In charge of the Group's investor relations and fund-raising activities
- Providing business advice for strategic planning, expansion, forecasting, alllocation, taxation, corporate governance etc
Individuals will only be considered for this role if they have IPO experience with in-depth knowledge of listing rules in Hong Kong. It is vital that you must speak fluent written and spoken English and Putonghua.
