Job Description
Duties:
- Plans and directs investor relations policies, objectives and strategies
- Plans and manages IR events such as Road shows, investment conference, shareholder meetings
- Handle enquiries from Investors, Financial Analysts and Reporters
- Ensure that relationship with shareholders reflects positively on the company's stock price
- Responsible for earnings press releases, script, Q&A for conference calls with analysts / investors
- Maintains knowledge of investor activity and provides periodic reports to management on the stock markets and Company Stock performance, buy-side and sell-side activity and IR activity
- Perform key financial and strategic analysis
- Other IR duties and responsibilities as requested and assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in a listed company
- Strong in IR, PR and media relations
- Resourceful in dealing with stakeholders
- Strong networking skill and well-established contacts with the media, analysts and investor communities
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese ( Mandarin)
- Willingness to travel across Asia-Pacific region, Europe and occasionally further afield
