Job Description
Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Finance Director working for a global real estate company based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible not only for overseeing the finance and accounting functions but will be expected to be a business partner impacting the strategic and operational management for the finance function within Greater China.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Qualified accountant status
- A background working for a Big Four firm and strong commercial experience
- Experience of Hong Kong and China financial reporting requirements
- Strong real estate, infrastructure or engineering industry background
- Good leadership skills with an ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience beyond finance and operations - ability to act as a business partner
- A dynamic, forward thinking and commercial mindset
