The ideal candidate should have the below skills and experience:
• Extensive Knowledge on Front office and Back office applications & Systems integration which includes Trade capture systems, Settlement systems, Risk management systems, Backend systems, Financials & Regulatory systems
• Financials products exposures includes Bonds, Swaps, Futures, Derivatives, Options, Exotics etc.
• Expert in SDLC & PMO Governance framework coupled with e experience in Process re-engineering will be advantageous.
• Responsible for Base-lining and reviewing the project performance, change management process and standardization across the portfolio to ensure efficient delivery of the projects.
• Should have strong understanding of business, market dynamics, financial practices, supportive technologies and legislation in the banking industry.
• He/She should have at least 5 yrs experience within project management space with extensive experience on MS project, MS visio, UML and any exposure to prince II would be beneficial.
