Vice President - Credit Risk

Our client, a Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for an experienced Credit Risk Analyst with exceptional communication and analytical skills to join this expanding team.

• Analyse counterparties for new transactions and annual and ducumentation reviews with China, Hong Kong and Taiwan as primary markets
• Travel to participate in due diligence, particulary for structured deals
• Work closely with FID coverage on legal and structuring issues
• Transaction approvals for live trades
• Preparation for audit and regulatory inspections
• Credit excess management
• Support to Regional Credit Heads in portfolio management responsibilities and Hedge Fund and Leverage Finance Activities in the Asia Pac Region on an ad-hoc basis
• Participate to mentor and coach junior staff

• 5-10 years experience from financial institutions/agency
• Corporate Credit Training
• Experienve with non-investment grade credits in China
• Loan structuring
• Leverage Finance/Hedge Fund background

• Undergraduate degree
• Accounting/Finance background
• MBA, CFA, CPA

• Independant, team player and can work under pressure
• Strong communications skills
