Compensation and Benefits VP

Our client is an investment bank and to cope with the growth of the Asia business, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Regional C&B Specialist.

Reporting to the Senior C&B manager and working closely with assigned clients, you will have a key role in supporting compensation and reward strategies through resarch and analysis. Specificaly you will lead C&B programs from planning, design to implementation; participate in salary reviews and surveys; drive new policy changes; ensure alignment on global initiatives and support ad hoc C&B projects and initiatives.

• You will have between 5-8 years solid experience specialising in the C&B area within a multinational; preferably in financial industry
• Your experience should include strong project management skills with the ability to work independantly
• You will be detail oriented, numeric with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English is a must

• Degree qualified

• Working with HR counterparts and internal clients you will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and able to deal with all levels of staff
