We have an opportunity for a Senior Interim Consultant to join our newly set up our Contracts Division - specifically focusing senior level Project and Change Management . An ambitious recruiter is required, with a track record of successfully delivering quality service and meeting revenue performance objectives, whilst working towards developing their career in a specialist market.

Roles and responsibilities:

Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets through:
Attracting and retaining suitable candidates;
Identifying and prospecting business with target clients;
Maintaining agreed personal and team activity levels;
Sourcing candidates for clients through advertising, search and networking
Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates.
Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls.
Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in.
Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service.
Skills/Experience:

Proven track-record of working in a demanding sales/professional environment
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven relationship building skills
Proven time management and organizational skills
Professional approach - committed to excelling in service quality
Self motivated with ability to use initiative - a “can do” attitude
Proven track record of success within financial services recruitment,specializing in the Contracts/Interim space.
