Job Description
-Defines and proposes assigned product Marketing positioning and strategy including definition of marketing mix, marketing tools, consumer target groups, pricing, all based on depth market research and analysis
-Defines and proposes communication and advertising strategies, briefing advertising agencies with all information needed to produce effective commercials and advertisements
-Verifies the effectiveness of media planning by means of quantitative and qualitative research
-Develops and implements (within the budget limits) the operational marketing campaign for the assigned product to achieve the defined marketing objectives
-Keeps up-to-date all involved people (Sales team, the Company Management team and the Central Functions) on all marketing projects in place
-Performs analyses of marketing projects versus previously established objectives
-Liaises with Trade Marketing and Commercial functions to monitor the sales plan and analyses deviations of the results
-Maintains updated knowledge of products competitive position, market trends and drivers and consumer behaviour for the product assigned
-Supervises the carrying out of ad-hoc surveys to monitor specific initiatives and specific analyses of competitive and product-related scenarios and trends
-Proposes co-marketing and sponsorship activities, in accordance with the target positioning and in coherence with Brand Equity
-Proposes new formats and packaging designs
-Manages the assigned budget within his area of responsibility, i.e. advertising, promotional costs, and costs associated with market research and analysis

Requirements
-Degree qualification in Marketing or Business discipline
-4-6years + of brand marketing experience from the FMCG industry
-High degree of flexibility and adaptability
-Excellent communication skills, high energy levels and a creative spirit
-English & Cantonese is mandatory
-Candidates with less experience may be considered at an Assistant Brand Manager level.
