Our client is a prestigious luxury services organisation that has offices spanning the globe. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will support sales and marketing activities to build our client's image through Special Events across Asia. In additional, as our client's VIP Programme Coordinator, you will continue to grow the VIP programme as a competitive advantage for our client via marketing and branding, leading to further loyalty and ultimately to generate new business opportunities.

Job Description
-Launch and Manage day to day elements of our client's Preferred (VIP) Asia programme
-Work closely with international Events and Sponsorship departments, as well as Marketing, Business Development, and Client Management teams
-Pro-actively investigate new event & unique access opportunities in the art and cultural world with a view to raising the profile of the programme in Asia
-Coordinate client benefits, track redemption of benefits on a quarterly basis and provide annual reports
-Manage museum relationships for the Preferred program i.e. negotiate annual contracts including special offers, track program's museum budget, request quarterly redemption reports, provide necessary training materials, research & develop new museum partners internationally
-Assist in content updates to museum and external partner pages for websites and contribute to the development of our client's Preferred programme online offering, coordinating these efforts with international offices
-Coordinate year-end gifting process for Asia clients in conjunction with the Marketing department
-Budget and design events, working closely with Specialists, Business Directors, Operations, Design and external suppliers
-Work with external organisations using the galleries for events, assessing initial PR/Business Development potential and giving support and advice
-Incorporate events into the overall business development goals of the company - thinking laterally about maximising the impact of each event

Requirements
-Degree qualifications
-At least 5 years experience in event management and/or marketing in Hong Kong and ideally China
-Exposure to VIP and high-end clients is advantageous
-Experience of working in the Lifestyle, Art, or Luxury industries is desirable
-Numerate with previous budget management experience
-Motivated, confident and efficient, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
-Team player, but with strong independent leadership skills
-Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with remote internal and external parties
-Fluency in English & Mandarin is essential, additional language skills would be advantageous
