Job Description

We are now working with a premium European luxury brand to recruit a newly created position that will have the responsibility to launch their CRM function in the APAC region. This role represents an excellent opportunity for a CRM professional looking to build and develop their experience with a top-tier luxury brand in this Asia-Pacific position. 

Job Description
-Define and develop the overall CRM, direct marketing, and loyalty strategy for our client across the APAC region
-Define a regional CRM multi-channel action plan based on customer lifecycle and segmentation profiles
-Develop and standardise KPI's to monitor the performance of CRM activities and profitability
-Use data mining techniques to flesh out customer insights in a large customer database
-Define and implement a segmentation approach to improve the targeting of marketing campaigns
-Analyse data and translate into actionable customer insights for marketing programs
-Focus on customer insights collection and analysis to drive customer centric growth strategies and actions, identify up-sell & cross sell opportunities with joint promotion partners to increase customer value
-Manage and develop consumer loyalty programs, plan and execute direct marketing communications
-Responsible for achieving CRM program objectives including acquisition and retention targets

Requirements
-Degree qualifications with 8-10 years of CRM, loyalty marketing, and database marketing experience
-Luxury or retail industry will be preferred
-Strong data analysis skills, project management, and time management skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights
-Past experience with customer related analytic projects and knowledge on how to measure marketing project results
-Hands on experience and proficiency in business intelligence tools, statistical and data mining models and tools
-Fluency in English and Chinese
