Senior Marketing Manager - B2B Marketing

Job Description

Our client is a rapidly expanding global business services firm which partners with clients ranging from start-up SME's through to large enterprise corporates. This position is a key Management hire and a new headcount, the successful candidate will take on their Head of Marketing function across the APAC region and play a role in helping their business grow to the next level.

Job Description

• Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead a small established marketing & design team to build and implement all marketing communications and promotions programs
• Develop marketing programs to assist the Business Development team to penetrate new industry verticals
• Oversee and develop all communications collateral
• Partner with internal teams to build product awareness, generate leads and build our clients' brand image
• Manage the marketing support function to all related departments
• Manage the marketing budget and measure marketing ROI for all tactical campaigns
• Monitor market trends and perform ongoing competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in Marketing/ Marketing Communications
• You will have a strong B2B marketing background; most likely from the IT & T, Professional Services, or have worked for a sizeable marketing agency
• Solid experience in project management
• You are responsible, creative, and have a strong desire to 'make it happen'
• You can display strategic agility and have an analytical mindset
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
