Private Equity - Analyst / Associate

Job Description

Our client is a reputable Private Equity firm with strong presence around the globe. They are now seeking for a high caliber to join their Asia Pacific team based in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on the firm's target companies or industries.

• Perform various comprehensive modeling and valuation in analyzing and performing due diligence on potential investments

• Assists in deal sourcing, negotiation and executing deals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree from top tier university

• At least 2 years of experience gained from top tier M&A investment banking team, principal investing and private equity

• Outstanding modeling and analytical skills is a pre-requisite

• Excellent command in verbal and written Chinese Mandarin is a must

• Familiarity with Chinese business practices is required
