Real Estate Private Equity - Business Development / Marketing

Job Description

Our client is a leading real estate private equity firm with an extensive presence globally, serving institutional clients and corporate customers. It is renowned for its investments and established track record. To expand their business, they are now looking for high caliber candidates to join the team.

Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for business development and building the presence in Asia. Your product knowledge and networks within the institutional clients is important in order to add value to the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• To establish business relationship and business leads in Asia

• Improve the awareness and presence the business regionally

• Able to clearly articulate the objectives and process of investment products and services

• Effectively market investment product to clients.

• Establish, implement and maintain a regional sales strategy identifying key targets

Job Requirements

• Excellent networks with institutional clients in Asia with a proven track record.

• Candidates with at least 7 years of institutional sales experience in the region

• Demonstrable sales and business development experience is a must

• Existing regional exposure and experience is essential
