Regional Financial Controller - Blue Chip Professional Services Company

Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a prestigious multinational professional services company with a significant presence in Asia. Due to ambitious growth plans, an opportunity has been created for a Regional Financial Controller to join lead their team.

Reporting to the global CFO, you will lead a team of over 20 staff in partnering with the business and reviewing the management accounting function for the region. You will review monthly consolidated management reports and to prepare detailed financial analysis as well as budgets/forecasts based on the performance of the various business units. At regular briefings with management, you will share your findings, identify successful business practices and provide strategic advice. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new investment opportunities.

Applicants must be qualified accountants with a Big 4 background ideally. You must have a degree and ideally hold an MBA. You must be able to communicate with senior management within finance and those of a different background. You must be able to communicate fluently English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
