• Oversees business operations of the bank; work closely with Asia Regional Chief Operating officer to develop and implement long term operations support strategies
• Execute strategic, long and short term business initiatives
• Supervise and review the bank's supporting functions' effectiveness
• Collaborate with other business units to assess operational impact; collect data from middle to senior management
• Identify and optimize areas of financial opportunity

Requirements

• Minimum University degree level;
• At least 10 years experience in private banking or wealth management team within a commercial bank, holding similar or equivalent position;
• Provision of back office support functions; and
• Experience in sourcing of back office support functions will definitely be an advantage

• Self-motivated and analytical; Good organization skills with attention to details
• Proficiency in English is essential
