SENIOR HR MANAGER

Our client is a multinational within the retail sector. A new opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR manager to join the management team.

Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have a dual role to work strategically and operationally: while working closely with senior management as a business partner, you will also manage a team of 20 overseeing all area of human resources including recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent retention, budgeting and employee relations. Additionally, you will support HR projects and initiatives in both Hong Kong and China.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Degree qualified, you will have at least 8 years HR generalist experience within a sizeable organisation. Experience within the retail industry is a strong advantage but not a must.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • A dynamic individual and a strong leader you will have experience managing a sizeable HR team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
