The Company

Our client is a top-tier 4As advertising agency with nearly 10,000 employees worldwide. They are known for their creative ideas, all-encompassing advertising solutions, professional approach and most importantly people-oriented culture. Owing to business growth, they are now looking for a Digital Business Director to become part of the group.

The Opportunity

• Implement marketing strategies and initiatives in a digital aspect
• Formulate digital advertising strategies for clients
• Work closely with the management team in identifying, growing and strengthening the digital arm of the group
• Grow the business by generating new clients to undertake digital programs
• Identify digital growth / solutions for clients by coordinating with mainstream advertising teams
• Lead the digital advertising team by providing thought leadership, guidance and coaching
• Advise clients and teams on how to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Direct pitch presentations and produce proposals
• Analyze trends and provide recommendations on client online properties

The Successful Candidate

• University graduate with a major in business / marketing / IT or related fields
• 9+ years experience in digital advertising / marketing, preferably gained from an international agency environment
• Experience in developing, implementing and running digital campaigns
• Solid understanding of digital media inHong Kong
• Sound background in client services with proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Attentive to details, good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Able to mobilize and engage individuals with a proficient presence
• Enjoy working with other talented professionals in a creative, collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
