• Accountable for designing and managing an efficient process within for identifying and filtering long bias product needs across client segments and propositions that are both of commercial relevance and supported by the CIS investment strategy
• Provide specialist technical investment sales support and servicing activities for Portfolio Managers, Investment Consultants / Advisors, Private Bankers, and support to clients for long biased and alternative products
• As part of the team's integrated process, accountable for production, distribution and maintenance of long biased product recommendation list for use across the global business, resulting in clear, implementable buy and sell recommendations
• Support the strategic goals of CIS and Wealth Solutions through leading initiatives and projects for developing products that are either tailored for clients of a particular part of the Wealth Division or intended for distribution globally. Accountable and responsible for addressing all aspects of the product, such as regulatory, operational, client segment and proposition related
• Performa ad hoc due diligence on products not covered by BAU due diligence processes, in support ofAsiafocused sales initiatives. Due diligence will follow the established approach, varies to reflect product specific factors
• Demonstrate effective work habits, process discipline, ethical standards and corporate values. Influence and work with various stakeholders such that the product selection, development and management processes are smooth and efficient

Job Requirements

• Experience in fund selection, product development and management
• Demonstrable knowledge of product research and issues relating to portfolio implementation.
• Track record that demonstrates good investment understanding.
• Knowledgeable of relevant internal and industry regulations
