Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

This established life insurer, with a strong presence in Europe and Asia, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) candidate to join their growing risk division.

As the Senior ERM Manager your key responsibilities will involve -

• Implementation/development of ERM/risk governance framework
• To co-ordinates, analyse and execute deliverables, in consultation with the Project Sponsor, Project Director and Internal Audit (advisory).
• Particular focus on operational risk management and ensuring that management covers all areas of risk.
• Manage the (BAU) ERM function, such as the ongoing responsibility to coordinate risk reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual) including Control Risk Self Assessment (CRSA) and Key Risk Reporting (KRR)
• Support the vision of embedding risk management discipline

Key responsibilities -

• University graduate; and Holder of relevant professional qualification is highly regarded
• English (fluent oral and written), Cantonese (preferred) and Putonghua (preferred)
• 8-10 years of ERM experience in the Insurance industry
