SVP/Director General Industry/TMT

My client, a Bulge Bracket Bank here in Hong Kong, is looking for a senior VP/Director to join their market-leading Industrials Team.

You will work with senior members of the Greater China and broader Asian team on specific projects, transactions and marketing initiatives; and will play a relatively autonomous role in managing a junior team on a range of M&A, IPO and secondary offerings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated corporate finance professional to move into a fast growing team and dynamic role with increased autonomy and responsibility.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in investment banking or other related areas
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Proven leadership, organisation and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical/numerical skills
• Evidence of strong corporate finance skills (valuation and financial modelling concepts)
• HK / PRC IPO/M&A experience
• Client facing experience
• Strong knowledge of the Industrials/TMT sector 
• Proactive and ambitious
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Entrepreneurial
• Solid verbal/ & written communication skills (English and Mandarin fluency Mandatory)

Degree and MBA or equivalent from a top school
