Assistant HR Manager

Our client is a global consultancy business in engineering and design with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region. One of the world's leader in the industry, an opportunity has now arisen for a high calibre professional to join the team as Assistant HR Manager.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations. You will take part in developing and implementing HR projects and initiatives to ensure best practices within the company.
You will have a minimum of 8 years experience in a HR generalist position, which should include experience within the engineering or construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluency in English and Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage
Degree qualified
You will be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
