HR Business Partner

Our client is a financial services organisation with aggressive expansion plans for the AsiaPac region. To cope with their growing business a new opportunity has arisen for a high calibre HR Business Partner to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have a key role as a HR business partner for the Asia Pacific region. Specifically you will lead and implement various HR projects to ensure HR best practices, as well as contribute strategic plans to support the region. You will be responsible for all-rounded HR generalist activities covering employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management and organisational development.
- You will have at least 5 years HR generalist experience and between 2 - 4 years managerial experience within a multinational organisation. A background in Financial Services industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge of HK labour ordinance
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is essential.
- Degree qualified
- You will have excellent client servicing and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff
- An independent and dynamic individual, you will also be a strong team player with a proactive approach to meet challenges in your role
