Job Description
Our client is a top tier International Law Firm looking for a high calibre Business Partner to join the HR team to cope with the expansion of the business.
Roles/Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have a key role as a HR business partner for the Hong Kong management team. You will provide all-rounded generalist support on a wide range of HR activities covering employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits reviews, expatriate management, planning and reporting, performance management and organisational development. You will have an active role in planning and executing up and coming projects to maintain and implement HR best practices.
Skills/Experience
- You will possess at least 3 years of solid HR generalist experience within a multinational organisation
- You will have excellent client servicing and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is essential.

- Degree qualified
