Specialist Area:I specialise in recruiting front office professionals within Private Banking and Asset Management.
My Advice:Building a strong working relationship with your recruiter is essential, after all this relationship is mutually beneficial. Honestly, trust and communication are the foundation of the relationship, your recruiter shouldn't be concerned if you have other opportunities in the pipeline and in fact they should be able to provide you with impartial advice about the positions you are applying for either through them or via other sources. Your recruiter will constantly update you on the market and with their live vacancies in return you should be prepared to constantly update your recruiter on the changes in your situation.
My extensive recruitment experience spans across the UK, Korea and Hong Kong where I developed technical expertise and account management skills. Before joining Morgan McKinley, I worked in a recruitment firm in Hong Kong catering for Korean financial institutions, gaining an in-depth knowledge of investment banking and the Korean community. I was able to develop strong working relationships with my clients and currently hold a wide network in Hong Kong, Korea, Shanghai and the UK. My area of expertise lies within private banking / wealth management at Morgan McKinley. I graduated from the Shanghai Teachers University, where I obtained a degree in Chinese Literature and Language. In my spare time I enjoy ballet, yoga, travelling, shopping, movies and cooking.
